travel fees

Ok, so you’ve looked through my blog, you like what you see but you live kinda far or you’re interested in a destination wedding, out of town wedding, etc.-now what? I do travel quiet frequently…so this is how it works. I do not “profit” for my travel, I’m simply covering the expenses that would occur because of traveling for your shoot. These fees are in addition to the session price/wedding package price.

**Driving to a shoot: If your home/place the photos will be taken/wedding reception, is more than 2-3 hours away, I require one night hotel stay in a non-smoking room. (no it doesn’t need to be fancy..I’m not high maintenance! Tee he he) I also charge $25 per hour of travel I am on the road. (please include the time “to and from” the shoot) This covers gas, mileage, tolls, meals, etc. These fees must be paid in advance.
*If the type of shoot we are doing, requires more than a one day/session/shoot, then the above may change. Please email me with specifics.

**Flying to a shoot: airfare + rental car (if necessary) + hotel + per diem of $50 per day for meals, etc. I typically work with an assistance/second shooter, their travel costs (airfare) will need to be covered as well. I also charge $25 per hour to travel to and from the airport. These fees must be paid in advance.
*Please note: if I’m flying to a destination wedding this require 2 nights hotel stay. One for the night before the wedding and one the night of the wedding. Proof of payment for hotel must be provided so there isn’t a hassle while checking in.
