One thing I LOOOOVE about shooting “on-location” is that you just never know where you are going to end up……and nothing is EVERRRR the same. Yesterday, I hung out with the Lear’s at their family farm. Why the family farm? Because it “means” something to them. It’s the place that holds so many happy memories for Becky and where she spent so much time growing up it just holds a special place in her heart……..the EVEN cooler thing? Now that Logan is old enough, he too is able to create those same memories. He’s able to play in the same barn, run in the same fields and collect the chicken eggs in the same chicken coupe as mom did. THAT is why I love my job!

The main purpose of the shoot for them was that if you can’t tell by her cute round belly, they are expecting a little sister for Logan! Since this is going to be their last pregnancy they wanted to document it with a family portrait. I’ve known these two since high school back when they started dating then Becky and I ended up having some of the same college classes so it’s really cool all these years later here I am documenting one of the biggest moments!

I had a great time with you guys out at the farm and I can see why you love being there! Logan was a great sport…..and I can’t wait to see that baby and find out her name!! 🙂

For all of you other’s who are planning to do a family shoot, a senior shoot or anything in between-let’s go to that place that means something, that place that holds memories for you…..you will value your photographs that much more!

Sorry…..I couldn’t narrow it down! 🙂 I’ll get in touch with you when I have everything done!
