They’ve been away from each other now for six months-although if you ask either one of them, they’ll tell you it seems like MUCH longer. Patric returned home from Washington where he’s stationed-he’s in the Army and as with any other military family around the holidays, they are cherishing the time they get to spend together. He leaves to head back a few days before Christmas. They are among the thousands of people who will be away form their loved ones over Christmas! I’m honored that they asked me to shoot their engagement portraits and even more so that they spent the time with me out in the cold! It was 30 degrees here in southwestern, PA on the day we shot these. As someone commented on my fanpage wall, “love raises the temperature”. I guess one advantage to having colder weather, is that you have to cuddle even more than usual just to keep warm. 🙂
Patric, THANK YOU for your service and for ALL of you who are currently serving or have ever had to spend a holiday away from your family while serving ..THANK YOU for your families sacrifices so that the rest of us can have a SAFE holiday!
PS: she has GORGEOUS eyes!!!! Patric you’re a lucky- lucky-lucky man! 🙂
