When I started my business all those years ago, I had a vision. I wanted to shoot sessions with “substance”. I know, I know, the standard senior shoot, family shoot…those are fantastic-don’t get me wrong, but I visualized shooting sessions with “soul”. THIS is one of THOSE sessions. It’s really a journey of three carefree best friends who are celebrating life….and a reminder for me on what REALLY matters-your relationships! <3 On days like this….I wish I was a journalist!
At the top of Debbie’s bucket list it reads: “Life is to short! Cancer will not defeat me! No truer words have been spoken! These three best friends have made a pack that Cancer will NOT win. After a battle with breast cancer, Debbie is is now 4 years cancer free!!!! And now these ladies are on a mission to celebrate life and to cross off each and every one of those lines…….with lots of laughs!
I’d like to introduce you to the “Boo Busters”!! 🙂 It’s their name for the upcoming ghost hunting trip they will be doing together in Philadelphia. And……with winter fast approaching, I see a sleigh ride in your future!!!! 🙂 Ohh and when you meet Kenny……pinch his bum for me! haha I’m kidding…..kinda!
My Grandma always told me that I’d be an incredibly lucky person if I had one person whom I could call my best friend thorough out my life….well, I think the three of them hit the jackpot because they have a friendship and a bond stronger than anything I’ve ever seen. As I was behind the camera snapping away, I kept thinking…..some people go through their entire life searching for that one person who “gets them”….and here in front of me were these three woman laughing…belly laughing and just being so carefree and present in the moment! Everyone should be so lucky! If you have taught me anything it is to celebrate life, don’t be afraid to laugh out loud……..and with your best friends on your side…..you.can.do.ANYTHING!!! 🙂
