Hey Local Peeps………..The 37 Grille and The Spike down at Chestnut Ridge, in Blairsville are looking a leeeeeetle different now a days. After a month of renovations, they are re-opening to the public under an incredible team of managers! I’m so excited for them because they have worked so hard for these improvements…….and now it’s a new hip and updated space to hang out in. The restaurant and bar will officially be open to the public Monday 3/25/13 and will be open all year round!!

Tony Racchini, Chestnut’s Golf Professional spoke to a room full of community members who were all anxious awaiting their first glimpse of the new space….but not before getting to taste some of the new food on the restaurant’s menu.

And in no particular order…Here are the faces behind Chestnut Ridge’s management team!

(Back Row) Jay Wasser- Maintenance Director, Tony Racchini- Golf Professional, Mike Howell- Grounds Superintendent, Dave Courtney- Executive Chef, Josh Klugh- Assistant Grounds Superintendent

(Front Row) Dan Dunlap- Food and Beverage Manager, Danielle Tournay- Event Sales Manager, Aubrie Howell- Office Manager,  Amy Workman- Event Sales Manager, Tyler Sledge- Sous Chef

The 37 Grille got a mini make over…..but The Spike…well it got a HUGE facelift as you’ll see below!

I’m excited about hanging out in the new space, beating Greg at a game of pool ( or 5 ) and watching a Steeler game or two!

They blew out a few walls, added a pool table, dart board, juke box, and made it feel like a space you want to hang out in!

There’s lots of stuff planned for the new space including dart league, pool league, parties on the patio in the summer, karaoke night, just to name a few. They’ve got 7 flat screen tv’s so it will be AWESOME for watching sports.

I can already invision lots of the grooms and groomsman hanging out there before the ceremony or the “after party” after the receptions! I predict good times will be had! Kudos to the management team for having the vision and the drive to make it happen! <3
