As soon as I saw their car pull up, I hopped out of the car to go say hello…..and wouldn’t you know, I go back to the car to get out all my equipment and guess what……….I LOCKED MYSELF OUT OF THE CAR!!!! I can’t say that I was shocked considering earlier in the day, I had put the milk in the cabinet and the cereal in the fridge, but c’mon, NOW of all times! After a few phone calls and some text messages, I found the spare key and we were back in business….but good lord!! We shared a few laughs and it was off to WERK it! Chalk this up to another laugh at my expense! haha!
She’s probably one of the sweetest girls I’ve had the opportunity to work with. She’s so talented, she’s in A Cappella Choir and Madrigal Singers, she’s a dancer and an active member of her church youth group, chancel choir, hand-bell choir, and volunteer for vacation bible school and she teaches Sunday school classes for the younger kids-just to name a few. AND…she plays clarinet in her high school’s marching band.

I’m not sure why I’m posting them out of order, but these two images were among the last few taken during her shoot!

“When I was little, I used to watch the Little Mermaid all the time. I had an Ariel bathing suit, Ariel pajamas, and an Ariel doll! When I would watch the movie, I would sit in my own little chair, wishing I could sing like Ariel. So I would always sing “Ahhhh, Ahhhh, AHHHHH” with the most vibrato I could muster! So basically, you could say that the Little Mermaid taught me how to sing! :)” -Valerie
