They got ready in the cutest little cabin down the road with moss and fall leaves everywhere. They stood on a rock over looking the gorge at Cook’s Forest Fire Tower with all the fog and mist in the distance. Their family watched as they had a self-solemnizing elopement on Halloween day. The rain made everything so much more vibrant. It was beautiful and moody……and exactly what they envisioned.
And let me tell you….the drive there and back was equally as gorgeous! I love how the entire forest was covered with a blanket of yellow and orange. I know predicting peak season is very hard to do a year in advance, but it was almost like they picked the PERFECT day for all the colors!
