I almost didn’t pick up her call. I was getting lots of spam calls that day but I figured I’d answer just incase. The sweetest woman was on the other line and she explained that she had been following me since I photographed someone she worked with….almost 8 years ago! She told me how both her and her husband had gone thru some health scares the past few years and that doing a session for just the two of them would mean so much to her. She really wanted to use her property and have them taken around the house that they built and raised a family.
My heart was so full being able to do this session for them and I’m so glad I picked up the call and she wasn’t trying to call about my cars extended warranty! hahahah! I’m so thankful that I get invited into people’s lives and get to create meaningful images.
