Field Goals + Future Plans: Meet Drew Fisher

Say hey to Drew Fisher, a 17-year-old senior from Homer Center High School who’s been playing sports for as long as he can remember. Football, basketball, baseball, you name it, he’s probably out there on the field, the court, or the diamond giving it his all. When he’s not practicing or playing, you’ll find him outside soaking up the sunshine or hanging out with friends.

Oh, and fun fact: he’s an only child, but you’d never guess it. He’s as outgoing and considerate as they come, basically the guy everyone wants on their team and in their friend group.

Future Plans

Drew’s got a few big dreams brewing for life after graduation. He’s torn between becoming a chiropractor (because helping people feel their best sounds pretty awesome) or working as a SeaWorld trainer, which, honestly, might be one of the coolest answers we’ve ever gotten.

No matter which path he chooses, one thing’s clear: he’s got the drive, discipline, and charm to make waves (pun intended).

Music, Memories + Random Fun

When he’s not training or studying, you’ll probably catch him jamming out to rap, hip-hop, or country, a mix that somehow fits his personality perfectly.

Here are a few fun facts about Drew:

  • He’s got three dogs who keep life interesting.
  • He’s been playing sports since forever.
  • He speaks a little Spanish thanks to Spanish Club and some natural talent.
  • He’s been on three cruises (we’re jealous).
  • And surprisingly-he’s actually a pretty good golfer! ⛳️

Day Off Goals

On his days off, Drew likes to keep things simple: work out, hang out with friends, or chill with video games. (Basically, the perfect balance of effort and relaxation.)

When he looks back on high school, he wants to remember all the memories and relationships that made these years special. And judging by his confidence, kindness, and easygoing nature, it’s safe to say those memories are going to stick around for a long time.

Whether he’s adjusting spines or training dolphins (we’d honestly love to see both), one thing’s certain…this guy’s future looks bright.
