I know I have a few others like this listed on the About Me section of my blog but here are a few more. I’ve been consumed with preparing tax stuff, editing, organizing and all the other “business” stuff, that I thought I’d take a break 🙂
In no particular order….
1. I once ran straight into a plate glass window at a Pirate game with one of my best friends while trying to flirt with boys-I thought it was a way out!
2. I have more than one junk drawer…er closet!!
3. I laugh when people fall- I can’t help it!
4. When I mow the grass…..I may or may not take the riding mower on a joy ride. I’ve caught air a few times!!
5. I worked 4 years F.O.U.R. years at Intersearch, you know one of those places that calls your house and asks you to take a short survey (please don’t hate me) Would that be Very Good, Good, Excellent or Poor?? HAHAHA
6. While making a phone calls for the above said job, I once had a man answer and tell me I had interrupted the best sex of his life. I quickly said, “Well Sir, if it was THAT good, why did you answer the phone?” He hung up on me! What I should have said was, “Ok, so would you rate that Good, Very Good, Excellent or Poor?” Tee he he
7. In college, my best friend and I hid behind a pile of rocks near the road on a hot day and squirted cars and convertibles with the hose. IN COLLEGE!!
8. I hate cats. “If I visit your house, I do not want to pat your cat, sit on the couch where it has been or have you make me a sandwich after patting it”
9. In my childhood neighborhood whenever we played a pickup game of football, I was always the designated all time QB.
10. I hate sea food more than anything in the world. I would rather fill out tax forms every day than eat them.
11. I have never owned a brand new car, and i don’t think I ever will. It’s a big waste of money after you drive it off the lot.
12. I have not borrowed money from my parents since the age of 16. The last cash my mom gave me was $10 for gas to drive back to college…since then, I’ve earned every penny I’ve ever spent!
13. I round everything up in my check book. If I’ve spent $ 1.80, I’ll subtract $2.00. I’ve been doing this for 3 years and I have no idea how much I REALLY have in my checking account. I just know I’ll never bounce a check!! lol
14. When I was younger, I collected My Little Pony’s and my little sister collected the Care Bears. When my Mom moved to her new house, she gave them all to me. Now Mallory gets to play with them 🙂
15. I once sat in front of my computer for 20 minutes trying to figure out how to spell the word “WHO”. Nothing looked right when I typed it! lol
16. I secretly want to own one of the parachutes we use to play with in gym class in 5th grade…just so I can say I do!
17. I usually cheer for the under dog.
18. I am very competitive…but mostly with myself.
19. I always let Greg drive when the car needs gas, he usually gets out and pumps it for me!! 🙂
20. I wish I could find my “big sister” from the Big Brothers Big Sister program when I was in 3rd & 4th grade to tell her what a positive influence she was on me! 🙂
