It’s been a LONG time since I’ve been fishing. I mean, when we went, we used fishing worms, those red and white bobbers and it usually included slippery rocks and dirty water. But not this time………this time we used squid and we stood on the shores of a clean ocean. It was awesome! No, I didn’t touch the squid nor did I actually hold the fishing pole because I was in charge of taking the photos! I did however help catch the sand creatures that some of them used as bait……..and I must say, I don’t think I have a career in sand creature hunting but I certainly found a few BIG ones.
We didn’t have any luck catching anything the day we went down as a group, but one of our members is claiming to have caught a sting ray but of course there were no witnesses or photos to prove it! haha!
It was a great evening……..but if we were trying to feed a family with their fishing skills, let’s just say, we’d still be starving!! LOL
We also just came back from obx but we were up north in Corolla! I love the black and white of your daughter in her hat, so cute! And I’m so impressed with your crab catch on your last post!
