Overly’s Country Christmas is part of our holiday traditions. Every year we pack in the car and take a ride down to the Westmoreland Fairgrounds to drive around and see the light display. Then we find a parking spot and go into the interactive seasonal attraction to take a sleigh ride, drink hot cocoa and roast marshmellows around the bonfire, visit Santa and find the Grinch. We’ve been going every year since Mallory could walk….and Christmas wouldn’t be the same with our annual trip.  This year Mallory took along her own camera. It was awesome to see the things she’d stop and take pictures of!

As you approach the fair grounds you can see Overly’s from the distance……..that’s how you know you’re close *wink wink*

It’s a little Christmas Village………to make lots of family memories!! 🙂

It’s awesome that no matter how many times we’ve driven thru in the past, every time we go, it’s like she’s seeing them for the first time 🙂

I loooove the light tunnel. We got there early and  beat the crowd! I want one at my house!

Looking for the Grinch!

My child is a jokester…..she was made to be in our family!! To the right is my little brother and sister with Mallory.

I love that you can see their missing teeth!

We caught the Grinch steeling Christmas! He’s not soo bad…..we hung out with him later in the evening! 🙂

Outside of Santa’s Entrance, there is a box to put your letters for Santa <3

Bonfire reading with author Dave Crawley.

I love the sounds of the sleigh bells <3

The Grinch getting frisky with my step dad Jimmy!!! haha!

…..and with me!!! haha!

And Greg looking all HAWT in his pink hat! haha!

And we always ground out the trip with a chat with Henny. Henny is a very rare Arctic Talking Tree who was given the gift of speech.  Henny is also the iconic ambassador for Overly’s Country Christmas. In the left image, you can see the children’s silhouettes as they are talking to Henny.

I love me some Overly’s Country Christmas!!
