We met up at Lingrow Farm in Armstrong County on probably one of the most gorgeous winter days we’ve had in a long time! It was brisk, but the sky was blue and the sun was shining! We couldn’t have picked a better day…and a better location because just as soon as the coldness started to get to much, we hurried inside for a few shots! These two were amazing to work with AND they didn’t complain once…trust me at some points we were hiking thru a good 2-3 feet of snow! They are having a September wedding so you’ll be seeing more of them on the blog later this year!! She is going to be an absolutely stunning bride!! And Travis, you aren’t so bad yourself! 🙂
“We originally met eyes at Rite Aid Pharmacy where I used to work. We ran into each other a few times over a years time but it just wasn’t the right timing. Once we were both single we had run into each other again and I made sure to let him know I was very available and very interested haha! We went on our first date to a hibachi restaurant in Greensburg called Robokyo and haven’t left each others sides since AND let me also mention our first date was probably the best date ever, we got placed at a table with a group of women who were celebrating a birthday, they found our first date to be the best part of their night. They helped make it less nerve wracking!” -Theresa
Tell us about your proposal?!
“I really wanted to go to St Thomas so I talked Travis into taking some time off work in November so we could go. I had told him I wanted to have just one nice dinner out somewhere around the island so I made a reservation at a restaurant that had the best sunset on the island. To my surprise Travis called and changed the reservation to a candle lit dinner right on the beach in front of the restaurant, rose petals surrounding the table and I just thought he was trying to do something nice for me so I was thrilled!….That wasn’t the surprise, after we ate our dinner, he got up from his chair and got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife. The first words out of my mouth were “ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW?” of course smiling. I didn’t expect it at all, after that i was speechless. “- Theresa
“We both were raised with different interests so whatever we do is always new for one of us! We love working out together, watching Pittsburgh sports teams, sitting around a good fire, going to country concerts, going on day trips, and now Travis just got his own bowling ball so the new hobby has begun haha.” – Theresa
