Their ceremony may have been understated with grays, silvers, and whites, but they really bumped it up a notch with the reception. Purple uplighting everywhere at Chestnut Ridge in Blairsville, Pa really created the drama they were looking for. It made for the perfect winter wedding!
We were able to sneek in and get shots inside the room before the quests came thru, the uplighting was something Shayna was so excited about!
Of course it was FREEEZING outside, so we stayed inside at Chestnut Ridge and took advantage of the purple uplighting!
A family member made all the baked goods. I had the opportunity to meet Mandy from The Loving Cup Bakehouse, and not only are her treats amazing, but she is just as sweet. I’m just super bummed I’m not available to shoot her wedding <3
Rose pettles were everywhere and the kids took it upon them selves (even though it’s a little crooked) to create a heart lined with rose petals around the cake table! They worked so hard.
And let me tell you, there was no shortage of fun on the dance floor, it was hopping all night!
Shayna and Tyler, thank you so much for inviting me to document your big day. You were amazing to work with and your family made me feel right at home. I hope you danced your little heart out and you had an amazing time in Jamaica! YA’mon!
