My favorite part of any wedding is the hours leading up to the ceremony….the bridemaids are scurrying around getting ready, the anticipation is high and I get to photograph all the pretties! I also love when people get ready in their own homes…..I love incorporating their own things in the images. I look at it this way…..have you ever looked back at an old house of your grandparents and pointed out how different things were. The decor changes, renovations happen, the landscape grows….and it’s just really awesome to look back and remember how it used to be! <3

Her bouquet weighed a ton…but held a lot of sentiment. She collected the broaches and pins from family and everyone was represented…..I’m a sucker for all things sentimental!! <3
Gorgeous!!! I’m in love with the back of her dress!
….and let’s face it…the shoes were freakin awesome! I’m loving the cobalt blue this year!
Opening the gift from the groom…it was a beautiful necklace!!
I mean……seriously….her eyes, that dress…..she was werkin the camera! haha!
It started to rain right as we were leaving to head to the church……but it was the only time it rained all day! It didn’t even seem to phase her…..I love me some laid back brides!!
I’ll be sharing little snippets all week from Shavonne and Jason’s wedding…make sure you head on over to the business page so you can get notification when the next blog post is up! <3 Trust me, you don’t want to miss them! hahah!
