Who would have thought that we’d have a 64 degree wedding day in the smack-dab of the middle of December! I mean, no snow-flakes to be seen…just gorgeous blue cloudy skies! It was such a gorgeous day! I met up with the bridal party in downtown Pittsburgh where they had their hair and makeup preparations and then after that we headed to Phipps Conservatory where their ceremony and reception would be held!
Look at the sky….what a gorgeous day! I love me a good Mom-Daughter moment! <3See you at 6:30….they had their ceremony after dark in the Tropical Forest Conservatory, it was so romantic!A few final touches before heading out for some Bridal Portraits….She rocked these portraits! I mean look.at.her! I managed to get a few shots of the guys before hand! Handsome bunch! And of course the gals……they rocked the dance floor all night!! Here comes the bride……Their ceremony was short and sweet under the canopy of the Tropical Forest.Mr. + Mrs!! …..and then the fun begins….picture time…my favorite!! <3On this particular night at Phipps they were open to the public for the holiday light display, I am not exaggerating when I say we had to push our way thru THOUSANDS of people to get these shots. People were lined up for what seemed like miles going every other directions. We found a little nook and we claimed as all ours! ….and I think it was totally worth it! I mean…….c’mon! We had the Tropical Rainforest room to our selves….we didn’t have much time, but we made it work! You can’t get married in the city without at least attempting a city light shoot! Check!I love this shot of Mom and the Bride. ….and THEN…….it was party time! The moves were HILARIOUS…as always!! And that’s a wrap! Kristen and Jeff, you guys were amazing! I know you’ll be heading off to your honeymoon soon so I wanted you to have something to look at until I’m finished with the rest! I can’t not wait for you to see them all! Have a fruity drink for me!!!
