They were high school sweethearts….AWWW!!! They have been together for 7 years in November. They started dating and got engaged on the same date: November 7th! Can it get any cuter than that! <3
Tell us about the proposal:
” Well this is actually a pretty funny story…Derek picked me up at my house and we were headed to the cheesecake factory for our anniversary dinner. For every special occasion ( Holidays, Birthdays, Anniversaries) Derek will have my presents sitting on the passenger seat in his truck and I open them in there. I had already given him his anniversary present the day before and I was waiting for mine. (I was banking on a Michael Kors purse) I get in the truck and open the present that was sitting on the seat and there was a vest in it… I was totally confused and then he said we would do the rest in Pittsburgh. I would not let it go and just wanted to know what it was..so were on our way to Pittsburgh and he asked if I really wanted to know. Of course I said yes. He asked me to close my eyes and he pulled out the ring in his truck and asked me to marry him there!!! I was in complete total shock and immediately started kicking myself for not waiting. The moment was so exciting and happy. Even though I basically ruined the whole thing, I wouldn’t change it for the world!”-Bobbiesue
“I think Derek fell for me first but I remember when I really starting to fall in love with Derek. I was a cheerleader and Derek was a football player and I would cheer for him every Friday night and be his biggest supporter.”- Bobbiesue

“We enjoy going fishing together. Derek has a pontoon boat so we spent a lot of our time on the boat this summer (so fun!) We have a lab who we got in February as a puppy and we absolutely love her! Derek loves to hunt and sometimes I will sit in the tree stand with him just for fun”-Bobbiesue
