Pennsylvania is bringing those colors and skies during November! Fall light is always my favorite-especially when the sun makes it’s appearance and the colors are on full blast! It’s one of my favorite things about living “up north” in the mountains. I complain often about the cold winters and wanting to live near the beach but I think I’ve come to realize I love the sounds of crisp leaves under my feet and rolling cross the ground just as much as the sound of the waves crashing along the shore. There’s something just peaceful about them both.
Emily + Jesse made the 2.5 hour drive this past weekend for their engagement session and we really couldn’t have asked for more perfect conditions. They brought along their 6 month old black lab Diesel-who was amazingly well behaved- and stole the show with his cute little bandana that said: “The Lee’s Est: 2025“. Grandma took Diesel home after his photo debut and Mom and Dad finished up their session with me which ended with gorgeous sunset skies.
These two will be getting married at the Indiana Country Club next August and I’ll be there to document the day! They got a little taste of my shenanigans so we will be good to go for a smooth portrait session the day of so that we can get them back to party with their friend and family at the reception. I have this feeling that it’s going to be a crazy fun time! I can.not.wait. Stay tuned, you’ll be seeing way more of these gorgeous people on the blog in the upcoming year!
