It has been BUUUUUSY up in hurrrr! I have gotten to hang out with a few ladies for a beginners photography class and the 5th grade girl scouts….oh yeah, while shooting a wedding, boudoir, babies and editing. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Earlier in the month one of the ladies emailed me asking when I was going to hold another class for beginners….so we got a few of them together and talked cameras! We learned about shutter speeds, apertures, iso and how to work with natural light so that they could take better photos of their families on vacations, holidays and everything in between. By the end…each of them were shooting in manual. What What!?!

These are the devil cupcakes that Susan brought. They are devil for two reasons, one, it’s actually red devil cake but two, they were soo good, I ate 3!!! THREE. THA-REE!

The ladies shooting on manual and seeing how the light affects their portraits.

AND THEN……the next day, these beautiful and intelligent ladies came over to visit! Meet the gals of the 5th Grade Girl Scouts. They are in the process of earning their digital photography badge and they asked me if I could help! We learned about composition, how to properly hold their camera AND we did a little bit of fun editing . To earn their badge, each of them will be taking one (or two) of the composition rules and taking a picture using that rule and also editing it. I can’t wait to see what they come up with.

Aren’t they so cute!!

Of course we had to take a silly one!!

Thanks for coming to visit me ladies! Can’t wait to see what you come up with! <3
