It’s kind of like a Star Wars convention where all the nerdy people walk around with their light sabers…..except, instead of sci-fi enthusiasts, it’s for photography nerds! Hundreds and hundreds of photography nerds will be walking around with their cameras eager to learn new tips and tricks of the trade…..all in the name to get better in our businesses AND provide our clients with an awesome experience. It’s called After Dark, and it’s a photography conference-this year it’s being held in St. Louis, Missouri. I’ve never been so I’m EXCITED!
We’ll be staying in the Center of St. Louis in the historical St. Louis Union Station and within walking distance of some pretty awesome locations. Feel free to follow me on Instagram (jenmcken) for all kinds of cheesy touristy photos……you have been warned! haha!
With all of that said, I’m going to be out of the office for roughly the next week getting my “learn on”, and although Greg will be here holding down the fort, there may be a tiny delay in getting back with you while I’m away. I’ll be checking email regularly in between classes and doing some sight seeing. I’m so excited to bring back some awesome techniques for my clients. What What!! I’m also excited to network with some of the best photographers around the country. There’s a camaraderie between fellow photographers that’s hard to describe…and I’m so excited to be part of that!
