Day One can pretty much be summed up in two words: travel + sleep.
I absolutely love traveling. There is something about airports and boarding a plane that just makes me so excited! I have loved flying ever since I was young. Although we usually fly via commercial airlines, one day, I would love to charter a private jet. I know there are some brilliant websites out there like Jettly nowadays that make hiring a private jet a little bit easier, so, if ever I am lucky enough to fly via private jet, I would definitely consider taking a look at some of the useful resources on their website.
One of my favorite things about traveling ……is meeting new people. If you know me well enough, I. WILL. TALK. TO. ANYONE. We usually come home with a few new friends from every part of the world we’ve ever traveled to. (I’ll get to ALL the friends we met while AT WPPI) But we met these fellas when they sat near us on the plane. They were on their way toVegas to celebrate their friends birthday. The flight was 5 hours (give or take) to get there so having fun people to sit by helps to make the time go fast. PLUS we talked camera!! 🙂
It wasn’t enough that our flight left at the crack of dawn, but we got up EXTRA early to go to the Three Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh to use our “casino credit” before it expired! (Can you blame me, it was $80!) So in otherwords-we stopped at the casino before flying to Vegas (ohhh the irony) It was on our way and we had a sitter so why not?! It was fun to be in a real casino for a while and have a good time. I never realised how much I missed the casino until I was back inside one. Maybe I need to start playing some online casino games to pass the time before I visit the next casino. Apparently, websites like my.bossku.club have a list of different online casinos that people can visit, so I might look into that. Hopefully, I’ll be able to improve my casino skills on there too. Whilst the casino was fun, it caught up with us later when we arrived. The 3 hour time difference AND the lack of sleep……..we got to our hotel and crashed while waiting for Aric to arrive. 🙂
