Green Gables is full of rustic charm. It’s nestled back into the foot hills of the Laurel Highlands and was perfect for her romantic, earthy and rustic wedding and the inside was so magical and moody!

I love the twinkle lights..it added beautiful ambient light for the first dance as you’ll see below!
I love what they chose to do with their “guest book”. Instead of having guest sign their names in a book, she wanted them to leave a message in a bottle. It served as a wedding time capsule and on the anniversary, they would open them and read the messages. <3
I told you it was charming! She had over 300 guests which filled the entire venue. They had the cutest little nooks and crannies to put tables all with a view of the pond!

…and then the celebration began! Some people have a wedding reception….well they had a wedding celebration! The dance floor was hopping ALL night and I seen some pretty awesome dance moves I must say!
Did you notice those big tree trucks in the background. They are the pillars inside the main hall……LOVE it!!

And of course no southwestern pa wedding is complete without the bridal dance/money dance. Those poor out of towners had no idea what they were getting into! haha!
Ashley and Rob………YOU WERE AMAZING to work with. I feel like I’ve gotten to know you so well through all of this and I’m kind of sad that it’s all over! Ashley, you were my ideal client-always cheerful, smiling, friendly, outgoing, down to earth and most of all….as gorgeous on the inside as you were on the out!
