Emilie’s Mom’s a photographer….and her Dad’s Mallory’s pediatrician……*gulp* no pressure or anything! haha! I was incredibly honored to have been asked to shoot her daughters wedding-especially from someone who appreciates photography as much as I do! AND…..they got ready AND had all their festivities at The Oak Lodge….one of my favorite places to shoot! Matt and the crew there are so wonderful to work with…and let’s face it-that place is gorgeous!! <3

And of course……play time!!!! I love when my couples give me some “play time” to get some bridal portraits prior to the ceremony! I work with my couples to put together a timeline to insure we have enough time!
Did I mention that it was rainy and windy that day….it hailed!!! So as we were taking these, a gust of wind came and blew her veil over her face! LOVE IT!
….and off to the ceremony at The Oak Lodge village….a private chapel….it’s so cute but that’s for a whole other blog post!! ! 🙂
