“I really wanted to take a trip to St. Thomas so I was excited when Travis was interested in going as well. We booked our trip in April and counted the days until we were on the Virgin Islands! We went down on November 10,2013 and the next day we planned to have a nice dinner at a restaurant that had the best sunset on the Island. I reserved us a table in the dining room but Travis had called and changed our reservation to a private candle lit dinner on the beach. Our table was surrounded by pretty flower petals and between these beautiful big palm trees. I was so surprised and was so grateful to have a guy that would do something so sweet. I still had no idea he would be popping the question, i just figured he wanted to do something nice for me. When it came time for dessert we were holding hands and he began telling me how much i meant to him….he stood up…and then got down on one knee and asked me to marry him!! I was in absolute shock. I couldn’t even think of what to say. it was beautiful.”- Theresa

I’m obsessed with the bow ties!!!!

“We first met eyes at a pharmacy I worked at, then later that week we ran into each other at a local bar,-I was attracted to him but it was bad timing! After some time, I was single as was he and we were re-introduced at a halloween party. I was dressed up as Freddy Krueger BUT we hit it off after that!! Time is of the essence!”-Theresa

“We were visiting a college friend of Travis’s. As we were standing around a fire, I was listening to some words of encouragement he was giving his friend and when he was done I told him what a good heart he has and that i have fallen in love with him. Of course he said it right back!!”-Theresa

“Everyday together is like hanging with your best friend. We crack jokes and laugh about 3rd grade jokes, we have deep discussions on current issues and can’t wait to tell each other about our day. Arguments are rare, and if there is one it is short and ends in laughter.”- Theresa
