Mexican War Streets | Couples Session

I sent her over the proofs and they selected their favorites…..and she writes back: “Thanks again, I’m so excited to show my children in 25 years ❤️” (heart included!) AND I melted!

THIS……this is why I do this! They say that your images are the least valuable to you the day they are captured and that they only become more valuable as the years go by! I can tell you from first hand experience-after loosing someone you love, images are SO MUCH MORE VALUABLE 25 years later!

Did you also know that you don’t have to be engaged to have a “couples session”? Meranda wanted some images with her husband and since I was able to capture their elopement last year -which are among some of my all time favorite images (the one of her twirling in the light GAHH!!) She reached out to get some updated images of the two of them but this time in the Mexican War Streets in Pittsburgh! So we roamed around the streets full of so much character and snagged some more amazing images….that her kids will be able to see 25 years from now!

Another thing I find so amazing about this job–I may be long gone, but the images I’ve been able to create over the years will still be around doing their job!
