I drove up the mountain to get to where Brooke was getting ready and the rain was pelting against the windshield so hard that I almost had to pull over. There was thunder and lightening off in the distance and the sky was looking angry. I thought to myself, “well Jen, we’re going to pull out all the bags of tricks today”. I was anticipating it raining all day…and if it was going to rain as hard as it was in that very moment, there weren’t going to be any outside shots, the wind was just so crazy….BUT….we got a break in the weather and JUST in time for everything we had scheduled on our timeline. It was like we ordered the rain to stop during certain increments of the day…and the rain gods delivered! haha! The sound of the rain hitting the roof of the church as they said their vows was so beautiful.
