You guys are in for a treat! As a photographer (and one who’s been in this industry long enough to know exactly what makes a wedding day feel effortless), I can tell you firsthand that having a solid, fun, and ridiculously organized vendor team is the secret sauce to a stress-free celebration. And trust me, Morgan is that secret sauce. She keeps everything running like a well-oiled machine so that couples can actually enjoy their day—without worrying about timelines, setup, or whether Uncle Bob is going rogue with his speech. Trust me, after a few beers, anyone becomes a public speaker! haha.

What is The Willow?
The Willow is a modern, multi-functional event venue overlooking 75 acres of beautiful farmland and rolling Pennsylvania hills. As a premiere regional venue, we host events of all types, with wedding receptions being our primary focus. Other types of events include business meetings and conferences, community related events, school functions and other large or small events. Conveniently located in Johnstown, PA off of Route 219 in Richland Township, The Willow fills a need in the Johnstown region for a large, elegant event venue in a convenient location.

Morgan describes herself as a textbook Cancer—empathetic, nurturing, and dedicated to creating meaningful experiences. Her favorite wedding day companion? Her trusty clipboard, of course!
Her go-to coffee order for those marathon wedding days is a decadent concoction: a venti cold brew with a light splash of vanilla sweet cream, caramel syrup, and white chocolate mocha sauce. It’s the fuel she needs to keep everything running smoothly.
When it’s time to get in the zone, Morgan turns up the Queen playlist. “My husband and I are huge Queen fans,” she shares, “and nothing gets me pumped like Freddie Mercury’s vocals!”

Her favorite wedding moments happen at the end of the night when the couple is finally able to relax and dance with their guests. “That’s when I hear, ‘We couldn’t have done this without you.’ It’s the most satisfying part of my job.”
