Lauren moved to Boston about 3 years ago to be closer to her main squeeze Justin, who is originally from New Hampshire… but most of Lauren’s family and friends are all in Pittsburgh so she is back there quite often. Justin graduated from Carnegie Mellon’s Business School (that’s where they met) so Pittsburgh holds a special place in his heart. They always wanted a Pittsburgh wedding no matter what! 🙂 I’m so honored to have photographed their wedding. Lauren was so insanely sweet! Big thanks to my previous wedding clients Laurann and Charlie for sending them my way!! <3
Lauren and her girls got ready at the gorgeous Omni William Penn in down town Pittsburgh. It’s so awesome how my job takes me to the most gorgeous places. One weekend I could be shooting a wedding in a small town baptist church and then the next in a gorgeous historical church at the top of the city. I’m telling you, my job is never boring!
I can actually hear them laughing in this shot! haha!

That dress was made for her….and those shoes!!!
We were able to schedule some “play time” before heading to the church. If you’ve worked with me in the past, you know how much I love “playtime”. We roamed around the Omni William Penn and came to this gorgeous balcony! She was going for a traditional, old-world, glamour feel……BOOM!
She is so gorgeous!
Greg grabbed this shot from the back of the church right before she made her way down the aisle.
Here comes the bride…..I’m not sure that Dad could have smiled any bigger!
Those little moments during the ceremony! <3
Saint Mary of the Mount Church at the top of Mount Washington in Pittsburgh was absolutely gorgeous!

And because we were already at the top of Mount Washington…we had to stop for a few images of the city!!
This place is soooo gorgeous at night too!
While shooting at The Point………we had the best photobomb EVERRRRRR!!! It was fantastic! hahaha!

The whole gang.
Next up….the reception. Let’s just say that she nailed the whole “traditional, old-world glamour” that she was going for!

Beautiful!
Wow!!!! What can I say these pictures are gorgeous just like my niece, the beautiful bride.
Ben and I are so sad we couldn’t physically be there, but these photos make me feel like I was. You’re a stunning couple! Congratulations!!! Jen, wonderful pictures as always!
They are amazing pictures. They are a handsome couple and I was privileged to have been there
