So I’m a little behind in posting this one! He’s going to be 11 months in just a few days and I had so much client stuff to share that I had forgotten all about this one! I have a teen shoot coming up in a few days in Greg’s garage so it made me think of this shoot with Levi.
It was important to me to document this when Levi was young….mostly because I KNOW he’s going to be spending A LOT of time with Daddy in the garage as he gets older. I can’t wait to show these to him when he’s a teenager! Greg spends so much time in the garage at the moment, it’s really become his new home in the last few months. So much so, we’ve had to have a garage door repair because he was opening and closing it so much one of the springs pinged out. If you didn’t already know, Greg recently opened up a restoration and paint shop in the Blairsville, PA area and we are putting the finishing touches on everything which means decorating his office. We loved the whole process of the detached garage upgrades, they totally transform the place and it really feels like a special, unique place to be in – while still being functional and practical, which is the ultimate win! We wanted it to feel “old school” and laid back…..so we went on a hunt for things to use. Old oil cans, an old air machine, (not pictured) old arrows from old signs, and lots and lots of vintage signs. We even made a custom desk made out of old barn wood flooring and congregated metal. There is lots of character in there and it’s a place I don’t mind hanging out during his lunch breaks! haha!
Speaking of lunch breaks, we recently visited Greg during lunch. I had my camera with me so we snapped a few shots of Mr. Levi before life could get in the way and I forgot. I have gotten lots of private messages asking if I could do mini sessions with their kiddos…..yes absolutely! As a matter of fact, I already have a few people on the waiting list. If this sounds like something you’d be interested in, get in touch with me so we can get you on the calendar. These would be perfect for the car loving kiddos….but only for itty bitty’s that can sit up on their own. It *IS* a garage and they will get dirty-there is no if-and-buts about it. Schedule knowing they may get a little dirty!
His looks have already changed so much since 2 months ago!

A little father/son time!
I mean, you don’t have a baby that hangs out in wire baskets in your office?!?
I sure hop he likes old cars and trucks when he gets older!

He’ll be learning how to change oil right after he learns to walk! haha!
